These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BBQ Galaxy in-restaurant check-in system at 8275 Judges Way #100B, Frisco, TX 75036. By using the check-in form, you agree to these Terms.

BBQ Galaxy Check-in Notifications (SMS Program)

Program name: BBQ Galaxy Check-in Notifications.

Description: When you provide your mobile phone number on our in-restaurant check-in form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from BBQ Galaxy related to your visit. The program sends up to two messages per visit:

• A confirmation that your check-in was received, sent immediately after you submit the form.
• A “table almost ready” alert sent approximately 10 minutes before your table is ready.

This is NOT a reservation. Check-in does not guarantee a table, hold a table, or reserve a specific seating time. Tables are seated on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.

Message Frequency

Up to 2 messages per visit.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may be charged for each message sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Help & Opt-Out Instructions

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us using the support details below.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can opt back in at any time by checking in again at the restaurant.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others.

Liability Waiver

By checking in at BBQ Galaxy, you and the guests in your party acknowledge our liability waiver as displayed on the check-in screen. The waiver covers the use of the dining premises and participation in the live BBQ experience.

Privacy

Use of the check-in system is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
