When you check in at BBQ Galaxy, we collect:

• Name and the names of accompanying guests in your party
• Mobile phone number
• Email address
• Home address (house name and ZIP code)
• Date of birth for guests under 15
• Digital signature confirming acceptance of our terms
• Date and time of each check-in

How We Use Your Information

• To send you transactional SMS notifications about your visit: a check-in confirmation and a “table almost ready” alert. We send up to 2 SMS messages per visit.
• To recognize returning customers so you can check in faster on future visits.
• To maintain records required by our liability waiver and terms of service.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your phone number or any other personal data with third parties or affiliates for promotional purposes. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the check-in system (for example, our SMS provider Twilio for message delivery), and only to the extent required to provide the service.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number on the check-in form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from BBQ Galaxy related to your check-in. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is up to 2 messages per visit. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for help.

Data Retention

We retain check-in records for as long as needed to operate the restaurant and meet legal recordkeeping requirements. You can request deletion of your record by contacting us using the details below.
